No i dont like to see movies alone.
I always see movies with my friends.i believe i can enjoy that film very well.
We friends sometimes in to takiies to see new films in some weekdays.

I would rather watch a movie alone than with someone else... this way i can concentrate on the dialogue and plot of the movie without anyone bothering me by asking me questions about what we are watching... i also try to watch a movie when i feel that most of the people already watched it so that there won't be a lot inside the movie house... I don't go to the cinema, so I do like to get my popcorn and curl up with the dogs to watch a late-night movie on cable. Hun goes to sleep earlier than I do, so I keep the sound down, and I can really get involved in the story. Sometimes, when I go to sleep right after the movie, the story will continue in my dreams. most of the times i watch movies with a friend. but i prefer one friend only or at the most two so that u can also enjoy the movie and enjoy their company too. but if the number of friends increases, then there's no fun in watching the movies because every one keep on adding their comments. it destroys all the fun of the movie. I don't go to the movies very often now because we usually get a DVD to watch. But when before DVD and video was available, if I saw a film that I thought I would enjoy and nobody else was interested in seeing, I used to go on my own. Before, I always want to watch movies with my friends, family, and special someone. It is always better to spend some moments in watching a quality film with someone I love. So that we could share some significant thoughts with them. Yet, I must admit that sometimes, I really need to be alone. I felt the need to give time for myself. I know it may sound weird but all my life I have been so dependent. What I exactly mean to say is that I just can't go out alone without a company. But I have realized that I shouldn't be. It depends on film, whether I like to see it alone or not. Usually I watch movies with my hubby. Some kind of movies my hubby does not enjoy. Like or not as a family woman I have to take companion either my kids or hubby or all of them. Several times we went to cinema for viewing films especially related to fantasy genre films. My kids enjoyed it very much. So no more lone ranger for me in this case. And I am happy and enjoy watching film with all of them. [goodsign]

Well...it depends. If I really want to see a movie and have no one to go with, I will go alone. I've done that a couple of times already. The first time was when my husband and I went to watch a film together (because I had been pestering him for a week). On the way, he decided he had to go to work ..so instead of going home, I just went to the movie all alone. It's not so bad if you really intend to watch the movie. there are movies i would love watching with my friends, or special friend, or alone. if it's a good movie date, i bring date to watch that movie. if it's a comedy, i watch it with my friends. if it is a personal choice, then i would love to watch it alone. i watched "last of the mohicans," forrester, misery, alone. i love the privacy when alone. besides, i don't need to worry for the snacks, seats, and tickets if i go alone. there is also no waiting time. and you can always watch it again and again with no one forcing you to go home. hello ajesh_pullad well that depends on where i would be watching the movie. if i was at home, then i would not mind watching a movie on t.v., or one that i rented by myself. and i do not think that i have ever been to the movie theaters by myself before. i do not think that that would be much fun. going to a movie by yourself. i like to go to see a movie either with my hubby, one of my family members or one of my friends. i also enjoy some popcorn and a cola and some kind of candy as well. that way, i can go into the theater with my snacks and enjoy watching the movie and eating and drinking as well. and i never leave my mess in the floor or the chairs at the theaters either, i always take my empty containers and throw them away in the trash can beside of the door going out of the theater. :) have a beautiful day! No, I dont enjoy watching movie alone. I like doing it with my kids and my partner. We consider it as one way to have a good time with the family. And we will enjoy it more we know when we are together. When I am alone it is better to stay in the room and sleep or do the chores ahead of time than to watch a movie by myself. [lucky_witch]

after watching film sometimes i feel its better to see alone ...but some films are ought to be seen by family,friends,class mates,room mates etc...so its upto the film that we have to watch with whose company we have to watch so better choice is alone...its a different ecperience focurse for girls its better take care of their sccurity also....haha [juhiram]

I can go to the watch a movie by myself but I'd rather not. I'm afraid to experience a trauma while inside a movie house watching alone. I heard a lot of stories of those who watch movies alone and I can't handle them when it happen to me. I love horror films, the gorier the better, trouble is my friends don't! So when a good scary film comes on then I have go to the cinema alone. I would better remain at home rather than going for movie all alone.usually i dont have the habit of going for the movie with my family,usually they dont go for movies often.so i do go with my friends.its that when we go for a movie almost everyone of my clasmates would be there with me.our customary is to see the movie in the release day itself if possible.when with friends,we just have party time with clapping and hownling and also dancing offcourse.its like a festive mood for us.usually we gor for a movie atleast once in a month.there has been many cases where we had gone for the same movie more than once since there were no new movies out.but one thing i have to admit many a time i dont tell my parents that i am going for a movie out of fear that they might say a big no. well i guess nobody would like to see movie alone.however if one does not have any company and one is feeling low then i think they wud go for it.even i had once an experience like this.i was feeling very low one day n my frnd agreed me to go for a movie.she told me to buy the ticket n she will meet me outside the theatre.i bought the tikets n was waiting when the movie started.i called my frnd.She told me that she had to go to office ofr some urgent wrk.finally i decided to see alone.it was boring,bt since iwas low ,it made me feel better. Hi there ajesh_pullad, I like watching movie alone and with friends. Sometime i like to watch alone because i like to catch moment or some essence from that movie i watch. But when i with my friends, so hard to be concentration. Always comments, and talk about the movie and what to do. My hobby is writing down any phrase that i think its important to re-write at my notebook, for example; "I need some speed" by Tom Cruise at Top Gun. I know its ridiculous. lol [diansinta]

I have and will continue to see movies alone when my friends are too busy to go with me. I have n o problem going to the movies by myself and have a good time when I do. I do not have to worry about others being late and missing parts of the movie and can get to the movie early to get a decent seat. I have done this many times. I have recently considered going to the movies by myself but have neglected to do so because I don't want to seem like a loner. I feel strange when I go alone to the movies. It always feels as though going should be a social event- even going with one other person feels better than going alone. it really depends on the movie.. When it's an action movie, or a comedy, it's better to watch it with friends or family because it's no fun to laugh at it alone. But when it's serious like a suspense thriller, or a psychological drama, I'd rather wathc it alone so I could focus on it, and analyze the depths of the story. [chocolateiscreams]

i don't like watching movies alone but there were times that i did. those were times that my friends weren't available and i had nothing to do and i felt the urge to see a movie. so i just gave in to the urge, indulge myself with a movie even if i was alone. its quite lonely because i couldn't share immediately whatever i thought of the movie. but usually, i prefer to watch a movie with someone. friends or a date. i don't see a movie alone anymore. ^__~ i agree that we can enjoy a movie more if we are with someone. we have someone to laugh with, cry with, get shocked with, get amazed with, inside the theater. we can share our pop corn with someone and just enjoy the movie. happy me and my friends usually watch a movie after work when we have extra movie. we seldom watch a movie during weekends because we usually spend the weekends with our families. Not that I like watching films alone but, I have done so in particular with a film titled Silent Hill. hi ajesh! happy its much more enjoyable to see a movie with friends. you can react every time you want without being thinking that other people might see you and think you're crazy. you can react every time you want because your friends would react with you or even if they would not, they will just laugh at you probably think you're crazy but its okay with you since they are your friends and you are used to them so you won't get embarrassed. if the movie was good or even if it was bad, you'll be eager to talk about it with your friends. so your excitement to talk about will be there while you are talking with them. i always enjoy watching movies with friends. but sometimes, when i'm alone shopping, i sometimes would feel like watching a movie alone. but it happens rarely. after watching a movie alone, i feel stupid because i would mutter to myself, saying things about the movie. ^__^;; even though i enjoyed the movie, i can't share it immediately with anyone. i would have to wait until i get home to be able to share it to someone. happy [secretbear]
Hmmm... I can't really say that I like watching movies alone.
