Now with financial crisis and global recession I never going to movie theater again. Last time I watch movie in Movie theater is December 2008, at that my friend is paid the tickets.
Till now I am just watch movie in my Television station. Like yesterday, I watched Tokyo Drift in TV and I enjoy. I never seen this movie before.

Just like you, I almost never go to the movies anymore. There were a lot of movies that came out recently that I really wanted to see, but I decided to wait until they come out on rental. Of course, there are sites on the internet now where you download or watch online all the movies that are in the theaters. Usually poor quality though, but I feel guilty going to those because they are illegal. So I usually just wait. Then I rent movies through netflix or I from the machine at my local grocery store. It's just so much cheaper that way. The only movie coming out that I really want to see in the theater is the new X man wolverine movie. I don't want to wait to see that one. [opalina143]
The last time I watch movie in Movie theater is about 5 years ago, maybe that is also the last time for watching movie in theater in life, actually it almost not to watch DVD movie and TV for me. the first reason is what I have not so much time to do that, the second one is waht I am studying sutra of Buddhism nowaday, that is way I sign in mylot rarely. by the way, I enjoyed watching movie in Movie theater before, and enjoyed doing that alone. I am a frugal person so thinking twice before spending is not new for me. The last film that I've watched is the Harry Potter: Order of the Phoenix. I intend to watch the rest of it on theaters. No, never again. The last time a watch movie at theater is on around 2008(Last Movie i saw on theater X-Man Last Standing) after that I always watch movie on DVD Player. Oh glareI have stopped long time ago watching movies at theaters. Even before recession hasn't started yet. I am not so comfortable watching in movie theaters. When I watch movies I'd like to sit with my legs up on the chair. Sometimes I watch lying on the couch with snacks and drinks. I can have the snacks and drinks in theaters but I cannot sit comfortably while watching. Besides, CDs and DVDs are much cheaper than movie fees and I can the movie over and over again. The last movie I went to see was The Chronicles of Narnia: The Lion, the Witch and The Wardrobe back in December 2005! I won't pay the prices they ask for theator tickets so I either don't go or wait until there is a special price at the theator. And not only are the tickets too expensive I can't believe what they ask for the food and drinks they sell there. I took my grandson to the movies back in September 2008 because they had tickets for one dollar. When we got in he wanted popcorn, soda and some chips. I nearly choked at the price that they told me it was. That was a speical deal that I had taken him. It had been years before that and it will be years from now if ever I go again. It has been about 4 months since we have been able to go to the movies. We would not go all the time but at least once per month or more. But yes the no of times i used to watch the movies in theater got reduced. Now we watching very rarely in the theater and mostly at home in Tv and DVd's. But watching movie in the theater is a different n wonderful experience as we can sit peacefully at one place for 1and half hour enjoying hte popcorn and drink.Where as at home ou have lot of distrubances at home. Hello there! I am a movie addicted, so I just can't stop going to theaters to watch movies, just by now there isn't a lot interesting movies showing. Last time I gone was last week to watch Fast and Furious 4. Not bad, it gone beyond what I expected. Yes, I have been to the cinema about 2 or 3 times this year. My b/f got a pre paid card for a theater from one of his co workers and that's how we were able to go the last time we went. We can even add cash to the card to pay for a movie and use the card again. [ds6413]

I'd rather watch movies at home and rent them out on DVD. It's better that way because you don't have to pay for every person that goes to the cinema. You just have to pay around $5 to watch the movie as many times as you want and then return it to the store. It's also better because you can take a break by pausing the film if you need to go to the toilet. If this happens in the cinema you will miss out on some of the film which you can rewind. No my friend I don't like this any more because i prefer to see movie at home on TV there are many channels that air movies in different languages, both old and new. Not as much, because I don't have a job which means no money. I was there a few days ago, though, and I saw the Terminator. I have to recommend that movie if you haven't watched it yet.
