If I really like a movie, I'll watch it many, many times. Any of my old favorites I'd say I've probably seen at least 100 times or so. Movies I've seen many times: The Princess Bride, Labyrinth, Monkeybone, Along Came Polly, Simply Irresistable, Dead Poet's Society, When Dreams May Come, Four Weddings and a Funeral... And those are just the ones I can think of offhand, and I'm not including kid's movies. =P [lecanis]
Monkeybone! It's got Brendan Fraser in it, and it's just hilarious! It's about a cartoonist whose character basically takes over his body after he goes into a coma... it's awesome. =P [lecanis]
Many movies such as "Wizard of Oz", Disney movies, Matilda, Charlie and the Chocolate Factory and the like I have watched a lot of times, probably hundreds because I love them a lot. I think it depends on how long i've seen the film and if I really liked it. One of my favourites is Something About Mary. I've actually bought that film because I thought it was so good but I think I have only seen it a couple of times since having it. The same goes with Dogma. I havn't bought it but I will watch it if it's on TV. Like I said, I think it depends on the film. [aboutpaula]
Of sure!I've seen "the Gladiator" for 4/5 times. There are not a lot of movies that you can see more times,but when you fing a good movie,you can see it more and more and it never bores you! [acquaria]

I've seen Mulan about 10 times. Jerry Maguire about a dozen times ( I watched Jerry Maguire twice in succession one time ) I've seen "My Sassy Girl" about 5 or 6 times. I've noticed that only a few people put "My Sassy Girl" in their list of favorite movies. Its a nice film ( It's Korean though), you should try watching it. [lynd0n]
Of course I will. If I like the movie I'll watch it many, many times actually. I have a good supply of DVDs and VHSs here. I will pop one in and watch it enjoying visiting with it because it's like visiting with a good friend. I know what is going to happen but that's ok because I can just enjoy it. Now I will admit there are a few movies that I've seen that once you know the ending it's hard to watch it more then twice. I'll watch it the first time and then a second to see what I might have missed but after that I won't. One that comes to mind for this is "Primal Fear" with Richard Gere. Very good movie and I would recommend it to anyone but once you know the ending it takes away from the movie. It has a good ending don't get me wrong just a weird twist to it. I'm probably going to put a movie in shortly. Not sure which one though. Debating that one. So many choices :) I leaning towards "Sneakers". I've mentioned it a few times in the last few days so maybe it's time to watch it for the upteenth time. [emeraldisle]
I've seen movies more than two times like A Walk to Remember and the Harry Potter Series, Coyote Ugly, The Notebook, Lord of the Rings Trilogy, Jerry Maguire... If I like a certain movie, I would definitely watch it again and again...and again. [pearl1003]

yes i have seen matrix reloaded in the theaters for more than six times and let me tell you that i one dam good movie. i like the theme of the movies and so i am a big fan of the movie and the cast. and i also like the special effects and animation done in the movie and that is because i am myself involved in the field. and after all this is a movie which have made a benchmark to the movie industry. I've seen a lot of movies ore than 2 or 3 times. I would have to say it's a tie between Ferris Bueller's Day Off, The Breakfast Club and Wallstreet. Thise are my 3 all time favorites. There have been many others though that I have seen more than just a few times. [dfinster]
Oh yes I have. But one I watch a movie on the big screen, I watch it again only on video. I've watched The aviator on HBO a couple of times, especially the part where Leonardo Dicaprio attends the Senate hearings and shuts down Senator Brewster. The movies that I have watched most are the sports oriented ones, like Remembering The Titans. I have seen several movies more than once. Most of them are Indian movies. They include popular movies but art movies are more in the list. Better art movies demand serious watching. Films by Satyajit Ray, Mrinal Sen, Aravindan, Adoor Gopalakrishnan etc. are really worth watching repeatedly. I have seen the Soviet movie "Battle ship Pothemkin" four times. It was a silemt movie. I use to see Charlie Chaplin moves repeatedly. Even now it is a craze to me. Movies are available in CDs and DVDs now. In such a situation viewing a movie more than once is quiet natuaral. [abroji]

There are many movies that I have watched multiple times. If I enjoy it, I will watch it any number of times. Some that come to mind are, The English Patient, The Journey of August King, Kingpin, Planes, Trains, and Automobiles, Dirty Rotten Scoundrels,....there are too many to list. I will even admit that when I was in college (and obviously on something) I and my friends watched Pee Wee's Big Adventure over 20 times! [Transdisc]

Yes especially if its the only good thing to watch on TV. I often watch movies on HBO cable channel whenever I can, so more often than not I watch some movies around five times. Yes, there are some movies that I saw twice and even more times. The first example is Titanic. The most incredible movie I have ever seen. It makes me cry every time I watch it. Maybe it is santimental and some people don't like it so much but it is exactly what kind of movies I like. [stdrst]
