Do you ever watch a movie twice in the same day? How many times can you watch a movie, before you get tired of it?
When Pitch Black first came out, I watched it seven times over the weekend. I loved that movie. It had all the best elements of Predator and Alien, with a super cool anti-hero (Vin Diesel). I haven't seen the movie since then.
Sometimes I like to watch an entire movie all the way through, except for the ending and then start the movie again. That way I can enjoy the journey more than once. And, the ending is not spoiled for me.

I have seen the same movie for about five times.There are two reasons.One is that the movie itself,the other one is that i want to practise my english.You know,it is really a good method of learning english to watch movie.I can get knowlede of the foreign culture and some sentences. [jyjnl_jia]

There aren't that many movies I like to watch mutiple times in a short period of time. I like to watch some musical movies, like Moulin Rouge and The Nightmare Before Christmas a few times, because they are fun to sing along to, though. xD [megumiart]

There are a few movies that I will watch repeatedly. I love the Mummy movies with Brendon Fraser, and The First Wives Club. The African Queen with Humphrey Bogart I'll watch every time I see that it's playing. [Essie119]

I very rarely watch a film more than once a week. If i like a film, I may just re-watch my favourite bits. I try to stop myself from watching it to often because I do pass a certain threshold when I've just watched it too many times! It depends on th film, romantic comedies I often re-watch again and again, and films like James Bond and Indiana Jones I usually watch whenever they're on TV! [duck2day]

I've done this many times. I can probably watch a movie up to ten times in a week before I will look for something else to watch. Plus it depends on the film itself. Some days I don't really feel like sitting through a B movie or a stupid comedy with trite humor. Luckily I have a prety decent movie collection that spands in all categories. I used to hang at my friend's house all the time. His Aunt was a barfly and always bringing home a different guy. The only good movie they had was Indiana Jones and the Temple of Doom. I must have seen that movie over 4o times. I know it was inadvertant, but I still would watch that movie. I saw part of it the other day after not seeing it for years and I would have watched the whole thing, but I had to be somewhere. Those Indiana Jones movies are among my favorites. [Iconoclast1]
I have to say right now that if I really like a movie I will not get tired of it, and will watch it.....over and over again, my husband will get tired of movies faster than I will ... There are movies that i can watch over and over again. From beginning to end; then there are sometimes things that you miss in the movie and you don't always see until you watch the movie again. Also you know that there were other movies that came after pitch black? I can't think of the name of the movie right now. I have watched a movie more that one time a lot times, usually I do when I liked a lot the movie, one that I watched more of one time was matrix, I watched the three movies a lot, I have watched terminator a lot too, I think there is some movies that even if you know how it will end you never get tired to watch it over and over again, usually I don't watch the movie right after it ends, I wait some day or weeks and then I watch it again, I like to to watch the video clips of alternate ending for movies they are good too, and the scenes that were cut out, some of them are really good and I always think why they cut out such scene. my mom just like to watch a movie once, she says that she don't find reason to watch again a movie when she knows how it will end, anyway when I watch again a movie I like to see more details that I didn't see the fist time I watched it and usually I enjoy it even more that when I watched it for fist time, but there is some kinds of movies that I never watch again, when they are boring I really don't feel like watching it again, also when I am waiting for a movie a like to go to watch it in a cinema and then I rent it watch it in home again. happy [steve9737]

I have watched Red Rose over and over again. One summer I would watch it once during the day and once at night before going to bed. Technically, it would usually end up being back to back as it would be late at night before I went to bed, and then i'd wake up a few hours later just to watch it again. I've watched She's All That until it went out of style, as well as... Two Weeks Notice. I watched it when it was on Cinemax, and that summer my grandfather canceled. Hee.. I can watch it many many times and still not get sick. I love cartoons and animes and I can watch them countless times. :) As for movies, the most for me is Titanic. When I was younger I could watch one movie 10 times a day. I was crazy about Grease I and II. this depends completely on the personal interests... if a person likes a specific type of movie then he watches it more than once... if a star is in a movie then the fans of that star will see it multiple times. some of the people will watch the movie only once... i will watch all the movies... some people watch the movies because of the pressure that is excerted by his or her friends... the type of the theater also matters for that... yes i see movies repeatedly when i dont understand the theme of the movie. suppose when i first saw the matrix movie i couldnt get what is hapening in the movie. so i saw the same movie three times to get the theme of the movie.even now also when ever i get time i see my favourite movie the matrix. depends on the movie... sometimes i dont even finish it even if i paid for it on the movie theatres.. if i pay for a movie ticket and end up getting annoyed or bored with the movie i think having to waste my money is enough.. so i stand up and head for the exit so i can at least save my time.. the kinds of movies i hate the most are slapstick movies.. or spoof movies.. i think it's so stupid.. there's this movie.. i think it's IDIOCRACY.. i was soooo annoyed.. that it turned my whole day foul.. there are many more like epic movie.. etc.. the movie that i like watching is LORD OF THE RINGS.. i never get tired of it and until now i still do watch it.. now the movie THE HOBBIT is coming.. and I am so excited.. I once watched a movie called Crazy Stone four times when I was going to graduate from university last year.Sometimes I watched by myself and twice with my roomated,then with my sister,since it was very funny.The plot was very special.It was very popular at that time and many of us often use the very classic actor's lines,which are spoken in different dialects, to express our feeling or mood. Hi beautyqueen - I've never watched a movie twice in the same day. But if I love a movie, then I can watch it endless times on different days and never get tired of it. A prime example of this would be Titanic, Anne of Green Gables, Pride and Prejudice, Moulin Rouge, Bridget Jones' Diary and the Harry Potter movies. I can watch those movies over and over again and never get tired. But that's only to name a few. I only buy dvd's that I plan to watch over and over again, otherwise, why bother spending the money? It all depends on the movie.There are films where you only need to see them only once. And there are others you need to see at least twice. And then here are the films that you could see on a continuous.Schindler's List is a film I saw only once.Usual Suspects is a film that I had to see more than once. However, I can watch good movies again after few weeks or months. Yes, it is a good idea to watch a movie in full except its end so that the same can be watched again with full interest. Vin diesel is well worth a second look! I used to watch grease over and over again, wow when I was 14 I loved that film. Also Bruce Lee films. Then it was Jean Claude Van Damme, I would watch his films over and over again, all of them they were ace. Nowadays I watch films over and over because of my daughter who is in love with both of the Garfield Movies. I never get sick of watching them either as when I was a kid Garfield was my hero and I loved him, still do. We watch the films every day monday to friday.
