I like movies but i'm not the type he will just watch a movie many times out of habit. There is one movie over the years i've seen several times since a young age and I know it will come on again soon. Its called A Christmas Story and I know alot of people know about it. I think its on TNT they air 24 hours of a Christmas Story on Christmas. The movie it self was not meant to be a very big or popular film but it just turned out that way.

I am a huge fan of action flicks and of my all time favorite movies would be The matrix . I have seen that movie countless times . I simply love the dialogues; ex: "Don't think you are know you are" i can remember all the dialogues of the movie. And obviously the action sequence is one of the best of all time. [Matt_85max]
I seen one of the Matrix movies at the movie theater once. I didn't quite understand the concept. [elmiko]
Yeah there is a movie that i watch over and over again every christmas, and that movie is the Grinch, yep the cartoon version and the real version. I think part of the reason i like watching this movie so much is because it comes on TV every year and my little brother likes it, so i just watch it with. For some reason i never get tired of watching it. Oh and i forgot, I also watch Rush hour 1 and 2 constantly because it is always funny. [gboykey]
Yeah I use to watch the Grinch Cartoon years ago. I've seen Rush Hour but not Rush Hour 2' [elmiko]
There are a lot of movies that I watch over and over again. But surprisingly they are not seasonal Christmas movies. I don't generally like to watch Christmas movies because there are never any surprises, they all end the same. But some of the movies that I have watched multiple times are: V for Vendetta The Phantom of the Opera G.I. Jane Legally Blonde These are just a few of my favorites. [kkthom3]
I've seen some of Legally Blonde but didn't care too much for the movie. [elmiko]
I have seen " A Christmas Story" and " A Christmas Story 2" several times. It on every christmas and sometimes even on Halloween as weel. I can seem to um=nderstand why though. Here , A week or two before and after christmas all the christmas movies are on. day and night. I guess its because ther isn't that many new christmas movies comming every year. Merry Christmas all [helper9562000]
Theres a sequel. I didn't know that. [elmiko]
I've watched Titanic for 12 times until I memorized the dialogues.lol!lately, I watched Twilight three times and plan to watch it again this weekend. Both movies powered with wonderful dialogues and plot with overwhelming romantic punches. That's how the film hold together. Titanic and Twilight both tackles sacrificing and eternal love that crosses class lines, which can both relate to this adage: Love and Fate will always find a way regarding how hopelessly impossible the circumstances are. [jlamela]
I remember going to see the Titanic. Alot people I knew went to see it at the movie theaters more than once. It was a good movie. I've never seen the Twilight. [elmiko]
Romeo and Juliet. i dont know if there is other versions, but the one with leonardo di Caprio in it. i like the way the twist it from old english time to the present and still preserving the lines and the story. i like how Harold Perrineau played mercutio, too bad he had to die. even how well you know how romeo and juliet ended, you still hope they still lived happily ever after. [michael_nonan]
Oh yeah I remember when that came out after the Titanic sensation. I saw the old Romeo and Juliet movie but never saw the one with Leonardo Di Caprio in it. [elmiko]
well, i have seen "titanic"several times with my boy friend. [sarawaken]
I guess theres no need for a Titanic 2 if the first ones so great. I heard rumors about a sequel a while after the Titanic craze. [elmiko]
The first movie that comes to mind for me when thinking of a movie I watch constantly is the movie Clue. The board game had always been my favorite board game when I was a kid and I had actually never known they had made a movie based on it back in 1985 up until like eight or nine years ago. I had just happened to see the movie in a movie rental place and decided to rent it. Down the road, I bought the movie somewhere and ended up loving it. There were times that I seriously would watch the movie once a night for days straight. I guess the only other movie I can think of that I could say the same for your question is the movie Weekend at Bernie's. I don't know why, but tnere's just something about the movie that I really love. It just seems to always put me in a happier mood. [DarthJustice]
I just got finished reading the movie summary of weekend at bernies and it sounds creepy. [elmiko]
I think movies are very important because they are a good way to relax when you are stressed out,and a good way to pass the time when you are really bored or have nothing else to do,and during the cold and rainy days, cuddling up with the one you love, with a bowl of popcorn while watching a good movie is always romantic, and me and my fiance do that as much as we can,and I know everyone has a movie or movies that they like more than any other movie,or a movie or movies that they prefer to watch over and over again, without ever getting bored of it,or without ever getting tired of the storyline, and that is cool that you like the movie A Christmas Story and that you have watched it several times over the years since you were young, and I think I have seen that movie before and it is a good movie, and me and my fiance will probably try to watch for it to come on TNT so we can watch it and other Christmas movies, and I would say that my favorite movies or a movie I could watch over and over again and have already watched over and over again would be any of the Star Wars movies because George Lucas was a genius when he made the movies because they are awesome,I love the fact that it takes place in space and that you seen so many different kinds of races, who live in different kinds of conditions on different planets, some are friendly, and some are hostile and try to attack other races, and it makes me wonder if there is really life out there in space somewhere,I also love the Jedi vs Sith concept because basically is shows the age old battle of good vs evil especially since everyone has the ability to both do good and bad inside of them, and it is how you choose to channel your emotions and the good and bad inside of you that matters,I also love the use of force powers and lightsabers to fight because they are so cool, and I think it would be awesome to be a Jedi and get to wield a blue lightsaber to fight against evil Sith because then I would be a hero, and I also like the movie because of my favorite character Han Solo, who is played by Harrison Ford one of my favorite actors because he has a lot of talent when it comes to actor, who is a smart butt pilot who gets to fly the Millenium Falcon and he starts out looking like a jerk because he seems selfish because he only seems to look after his own butt, and he only worries about getting paid so he can get out of there, but in the end he shows he is a good man, especially when he saves Luke from Darth Vader when Luke is trying to destroy the first Death Star in Star Wars Episode IV A New Hope, and he also helps out in other situations, and he ends up proving he is a hero, and a good friend. [hellcowboy]
I've never been into Star Wars although i've seen some of it. [elmiko]
oh~SWEET NOVEMBER!I've watched it thousands of times~~~ I was very young when the first time I watched it.Can't believe I watched it again and again, and I almost could recite it with my broken English...then I became a huge fan of KEANU REEVES!!lol [tuxirou]
Thanks for the response. [elmiko]
There are a few movies that I have seen a few times. Some of them are Indian cinema and a couple of them are Holywood. Like Predator and Robocop I have seen many times. And every time I watch it I feel as though I am watching it the first time. [cybersoft01]

A Christmas Story is one of my hubby's favorites. His favorite part is when the mother makes the youngest brother put on that puffed out winter jacket and the poor kid just looks like a giant marshmellow and can't bend his arms haha!lol I like the part where the boy actually gets to see santa and they push him down that slide but they make Santa and his elves look really evil. A movie that I can watch over and over is National Lampoons Vegas Vacation. I love the music in that movie and the comedy that is just never ending. Have a great night [nixxi76]
I like the original Nation Lampoons Vacation. I've also seen Vegas Vacation and it was ok but I liked the original better. [elmiko]
Yes,Gng With The Wind, I have seen it for several times, and some else. [Vivianh]
Yeah its unbelievable considering today the one bad word at the very end of the movie was a heated debate as if they would add it or not. Gone With the Wind was the beginning of all the movie profanity. [elmiko]
yeah i ahve the movie is disturbia and home alone n the bournce series! they are just too aweomse [thecrazyjogger]
The first Home Alone was the best. [elmiko]
I have seen "The Chariots of Fire" many times... it is very motivational...i love to watch it again and again.. in hindi movies i have watched sholay several times...i just remeber eachand every dialogue now... [maverickwarrior]
I've heard of The Chariots of Fire. [elmiko]
Its really weird but I do watch movies over and over. Even if I know whats going to happen. Sometimes it just cheers me up especially if it is a really bad day for me. Most of the movies I watch are romantic comedies. I do sometimes watch cartoons/animated movies. It always brings a smile to me. [tangorange]
Thanks for the response. [elmiko]

My sister loves the Notebook and probably 99.99999% of women, lol. [elmiko]
I have heaps of favorite movies but they aren't seasonal movies.. Titanic is one of them and have watched it for five times already.. I heard Twilight is such a nice romantic film that's why i have this thought of seeing it with hubby next week.. [gracie04]
It feels like just about everybody went to see Titanic twice at the Theaters. They even kept Titanic at the Theaters longer than usual to beat the all-time grossing film at the time which was Star Wars. [elmiko]
Well, i dont mind watching Shawshank Redemption for several times. i simply admire red and andy. :) [roosterchain]
I have not seen it. [elmiko]
.... really !? there are many good movies and many unforgettable in your heart why do many times to watch why not watch the new let it in your head , too [myskina]
Yeah I know what you mean. Some information and experience needs to be new or could be. Don't overload your memory with one thing but good movie are good times. [elmiko]
In my case, if I like a movie, I tend to watch it the second time around. Only by watching it twice will fulfill my interest in that movie. lol. [nadec23]
Yeah I'm wanting to see the Dark Knight since its out on DVD. [elmiko]
well besides the christmas story which i regularly watch on christmas eve i love the movie 12 angery men and every time it comes on tv i stop what im doing and watch it.i also have seen big a couple hundred times and encino man as well [goat6boy]

I liked the movie Speed. Everybody thought Speed 2 was horrible. I actually liked Speed 2 but not as much as the first. I think Speed 2 got 1 star. Whats with the name Speed 2 when their on a Cruise Ship. [elmiko]
Its awonderful life is another good one. and for year we would watch the original Walking Tall part one part 2 and part 3 I have qa vidio one christmas where the movie played in the back ground all day . I love Jacky Chan and Jet Li! We have some movies or a collection of their movies and I can't help it but to watch it every now and then…. I dunno, I seem to forget and have to watch it again then I would get excited hahaha but if there is a movie that I really can't forget and tired of watching, it is My Best friend's Wedding. I love that film. I've seen it hundred of times already. Happy Mylotting! Cheers! [jesbellaine]
i've heard of it but i don't think i've seen it. [elmiko]
Like yourself I too have watched "A Christmas Story" many times over. Ralphie and his brother are hysterical along with the Dad and Mom, they have some classic scenes which supply alot of laughs thoroughout the movie. Another movie I have seen at least a dozen times is "My Cousin Vinny". Marisa Tomei's courtroom scene is priceless and Joe Pesci was awesome. Speaking of Pesci I have also watched the movie "Goodfellas" a number of times as well. I also watch any of the X-Men movies any time I can as well as the Vacation movies with Chevy Chase. Another movie I have seen numerous times is "Fast Times at Ridgemont High" and also "Animal House". A favorite of me and friends from college back in the 80's which we watched frequently was an army movie called "The Boys in Company C", and the Clint Eastwood movie "Heartbreak Ridge". Of course the "Dirty Harry" movies were awesome as well along with "High Plains Drifter" and "The Good, The Bad, and The Ugly", which I have watched numerous times as well. Good movies are just good movies, and I find it fun to watch them again and again,as they provide good entertainment no matter how many times you view them. And come on, who hasn't watched "The Wizard of Oz" more than once? [johnnynfl]
I liked the movie My Cousin Vinny. I remember watchig the movie fast times at ridgemont high being very young and not realizing how much of a classic it was and remembering some of the funny scenes involving Sean Penn. [elmiko]
i love romance, Dirty Dancing, Beaches, Notebook. [mgmagana]
i've seen dirty dancing several times over the years just on alot of cable channels. [elmiko]
Well I dont watch movies over and over again now but while I was a child I used to like watch it so many times that I couldnt count. I used to buy a VHS and used to watch it like more than 50 times specially the cartoons which are fun to watch such as tom and jerry. I used to like it very much and would love to watch it over and over and over again. It was like a hobby to me and it was fun to do so. anyways even now days I feel like watching movies over and over again. I do end up watching the movies I like really much like 5 or more times even now. Well the things I do over and over again may be like listen to my favorite sons. I use Itunes to listen to y song and well I have like listened to a song like more than 200 times and I am still not fed up of it. [pmspratik]
Thats cool you can find something you enjoy and it never gets old. [elmiko]
Hi elmiko, This week I watched An Inconvenient Truth a few times, to make sure I understood it, then I watched it twice more, once with each of the commentaries, so I could get some background information. Al Gore is an amazing man...I had no idea. I'll be sending it back to Netflix today and will be getting whatever the next documentary in my que is, but thanks to the movie, I now have more resources to look at to learn more on the subject of Global Warming. www.climatecrisis.net is the link from the movie that has a lot of good information. Happy MyLotting! cool cool [PrincessKitten]
Thanks for bringing that movie up as I would like to see it. [elmiko]
Yaa.......... I like to watch movies . There are some movies that we can see many times as we like. I see such movies over and over. Some of the such movies are titanic, marshal arts, enter the new dragon, tagore, aa okkateee adakku etc.. we can see such movies over and over. [cute1432009]
Enter the Dragon was a cool movie and a classic [elmiko]
My most favorite movie of all time is IT'S A WONDERFUL LIFE which stars Jimmy Stewart. I never get tired of viewing this movie over and over again, in that it's a deeply moving, heartfelt movie. Another thing I like to say is that when this movie originally debuted many many years ago at the movie theaters, it didn't do very well at the box office, and it got bad reviews. However, throughout the years it has and still is considered to be a beautiful classic and has become more and more popular than ever. [Keola12]
I thought that movie came out in Black and White or maybe i'm thinking about another movie. I may of seen alot of it but i'm not sure if its the same story or not. [elmiko]
Oh gosh. too may to list. Jaws, original King Kong, African queen. Yes I am a classic movie buff. I can watch a Christmas story once or twice a season but 24 hours for me is excessive. [ersmommy1]
Everybodies just about off of work for Christmas(even the Walmart Supercenter)so they just play a Christmas Story for 24 hours. It makes sense. [elmiko]
I watched Enchanted (starring Patrick Dempsey and Amy Adams) like 4 or 5 times already and I wouldn't mind watching it again. It's such a feel-good, wholesome movie, not just for kids but for the whole family. I really think that it's entertaining and I would recommend it to anyone. Watch it if you haven't yet. It's worth the time. [the_dutchess]
I've seen ads about it. [elmiko]
I love sound of Music. I have watched it over 20 times i still dont feel tired watching it over and over again. I have already memorized the song and even the speaking parts of the characters. [katrhina23]
I never was intrested in seeing that movie. I'm not much into Musical Movies. [elmiko]
Yes.Of course film which has evergreen aspect like braveheart will not make me boring to watch many times. [neometal]
Have you ever seen where they made fun of Mel Gibson on South Park? [elmiko]
I love the movie Lion King and have probably seen it about a hundred times. I think it's just about the best movie ever. I like the sequel too, Lion King II. I like it because it represents courage and bravery. It's also romantic (in Disney's kind of way) and funny. I LOVE LION KING!!! [annabellaelizabeth]
The movie that I have watched over and over is The Wizard of OZ, I used to watch it every year when I was growing up. All of us kids would go outside and play like we were following the yellow brick road. One movie that I don't get tired of is My Best Friends Wedding. I like the story line, I believe a lot of people can relate to this. If you haven't seen this you should watch it. My best Christmas movie would be Jack Frost, It's funny and kind of sad to. [sweetashoney]
I use to like watching Jack Frost when I was a kid. Also by the way there is a Jack Frost Horror movie. Talk about ruining the Christmas Spirit. [elmiko]
gone with the wind!! i have watched it over and over since i was like 8 years old!! but i can watch horror movies usually over and over again.. the omen and exorcist.. hmm i cant think of anything else lol.. figures [moonlitmagikchild]

Thanks for the response [elmiko]
somtimes, i love watching movies though i've already seen it before specially when i'm bored.. it includes: Lord of the rings Narnia X-men batman legally blonde bring it on so close [julieannmahusay]
Movies are greatest when theres boredom. [elmiko]
I also watch some version of A Christmas Carol every year. I don't know why, but I do. I also have a couple of other movies that I can watch over and over. A Walk to Remember and Transformers are at the top of the list. Those are both great movies to. Merry Christmas! Be Blessed! [change1life]
Theres another Christmas movie that I like with Tim Allen called the Santa Claus. The first Santa Claus was the best. He says "I've gained 20lbs in a week!" [elmiko]
There are a few movies that I can watch over and over. I love Charlottes Web. The Notebook is a love story that I never get tired of. It reminds me of true love and it makes your heart warm. [lala766]
I use to watch Charolettes Web on many occasions when I was a kid. [elmiko]
i watch the 24 hours of A Christmas Story also. i watch it while the kids are opening their presents and again at lunch and around dinner time. i love that movie. i think its a great Christmas Story. happy posting! [caskins]
I remember watching a Christmas Story when I was 5 and couldn't get enough of it. [elmiko]
when i was in highschool i did a craziest things in my life. and one of this is being an addicted to titanic movie i always watched it every day. and to tell u the truth ive been watching it to the movie theater 5 times. so come to think of it all by myself watchin it and crying. [gaylalou690]
Yes, there are plenty of those that I watch over and over again. But one of my favorite the movie starred by James Cavaziel. The movie is title "The Count Of Monte Cristo". I really love the movie since it has very nice and inspiring plot.happy [jpso138]
Well i have one favorite movie that i like watching over and over again. The movie intitle just like heaven starring reese witherspoon, i like the story so much, i laugh from the beginning until later part of it and it is a happy ending. I still believe that about love has no bounderies at all. Merry christmas. happy [Margarit]
The day after tomorrow I guess. It seems like that is happening just at a slower pace. It very interesting. With everything that is going on around the world mother nature doesn't seem she is too happy and is letting us know more and more every year. I really don't want to know whats going to happen this hurricane season. The past 2 bad hurricanes we have had in New Orleans was Besty then Katrina. The year before they came it snowed and my grandmother in law pointed this out to us. Can you guess what happen last year? We had snow and it snowed so much the snow stuck for a while. No we didn't have to shove our roads but its the most snow I have ever seen in my life living here. I am very worried what will come this hurricane season. Maybe New Orleans would be gone forever. [mflower2053]
Normally, I hate watching any movie twice. However I've seen some good movies like home alone, more than once. [suruchi86]
ah good and memorable movie. [elmiko]
If I like the movie, I can watch it for a couple of times. Some examples of movies that I have seen for more than 5 times are Titanic and Moulin Rouge. I bought copies of the DVDs of these two movies and I watched it for like a hundred times over and over again. [galileo2008]
I have a lot! Hahaha. I have 2 DVDs for the movies that I'll mention. One is a copy that I watch over and over and over. The other copy remains unopened, for my collection. There are lot of movies, but to mention some... they are: 1. Crazy / Beautiful 2. City of God 3. If Only 4. My Best Friend's Wedding 5. Twilight [russso]
