hey friends.. I really enjoy movies in cinemas. I always used to go for movies in cinema with my friends.. and also some times with family. It was incident from my last movie in cinema.... When i was watching movie i just noticed that one of my friend was sleeping during movie time. ha halol me and my friend really enjoy that moment. After movie when i asked him that didn't he like movie... then he told us that he was really tired on that day. He wasn't sleep well on last night. Then we came to know about it. But really how funny thing is that someone sleep in cinema during watching movies .... Do you have experienced it ???

guilty here! I did it once! or twice! well, this is my case, I was at school and we had a 3hours long break-time! so my classmates and I went to see a movie, there was a discount that time, like you get to pay 10% of the regular ticket price,. but, it was a 2 months old movie, so there, it was sooo boring, and i wasn't able to sleep the night before that, so there was like 7 of us, then 4 slept. ROFL! funny you should mention this. I have an issue with going to the theater rto watch a movie, I do end up falling asleep sometimes, no matter how good the movie is. I can't explain it, it's just an issue I have always had. Maybe its just having to sit there the whole time. At home, I can get up,wander a minute, smoke, ect. Haha, it was so funny. I went to the movie theaters when the Batman movie first came out. And it was the first day it came out so there was absolutely no extra seats available. The person I was with and I had to sit with strangers because those were the only seats that were available. And because the movie was so "popular" the tickets were about five dollars more expensive, and the strangers we had to sit next too fell asleep about fifteen minutes into the movie and slept the whole time! The atmosphere in the theater is good for sleeping. There are soft seats, cool air and dark room.lol It is a bit funny. However it also mean that the movie is boring for that person. Some people doze off during movies just like some people doze off in cars or buses. [VANILLAREY]

Yep. I've fallen asleep twice in the theaters. Once was when hubby and I were going to see a movie for a second time so I had seen it before. It was late at night after work and I was so tired I fell asleep. Then, Saturday I fell asleep during the end credits of Avatar. [nonersays]

I don't go to the movies often at all. They are way too expensive and I've never really enjoyed them all that much. The last time I was in a theater was years ago. I took my daughter to see Lion King. I did fall asleep thru part of it. I actually fall asleep watching movies at home also. My daughter is much older now and she loves going to the movies. LoL...been there, done that! Just one time though...and no, it wasn't because i didn't enjoy the movie! A friend of mine showed up to surprise me, who i hadn't seen in ages, and asked if i wanted to go out, get some dinner, and go see a movie. If it weren't for the fact that i hadn't seen him in AGES and he wasn't going to be able to hang out the next day as he was heading back home, i would have said no, since i had gotten little sleep the night before, was into work at 4 in the morning until one pm...had come home, done some chores and was just getting ready to lay down for a nap just before he had showed up. I wanted to stay awake! I don't even rmember whe movie it was at the time, as this was years ago...but it was a good movie and i was actually kind of bummed that i missed about half an hour in the middle when i fell asleep before he realized i was asleep and woke me up!! i have never done that but my sister did that once because she was too sleepy. she has a night job so when we went to the theater the next morning, she slept first and we just watched the movie twice lol. but there are a lot of theaters now which are one-time-watch (reserved) only so we can't really do that often. hehehe [calai618]

Hi!! Yeah many a times my friends have been through this when I literally slept in the cinema halls bored of watching a crap movie.The first incident was when I went for Krish with my friends,I didn't sleep that time but then the very next day my sister got the tickets for the same movie and insisted me on coming for the movie.I was already bored for the first time I watched the movie although m a huge Hrithik Roshan fan but still dragged along for the movie.When the movie started I was already feeling drowsy and when Priyanka Chopra entered I had literally gone to sleep by then and woke up directly during the intervals lol.After eating too much it was obvious for me to go to sleep again and we were watching the movie at Cinemax Lounge so I was really comfortable sleeping he he.The other time I remember was when I watched Albela starring Govinda with my family and Superman Returns with my friends. My boyfriend recently went to the cinema to watch a movie... and apparently he found it quite boring. I asked why he paid to see the movie when he was just planning on sleeping through it... hahah.... Hi Anand, WHEN YOUR friend would sleep in the theater you would enjoy that and also you would not wake him up to see the film in the theater, it is too bad and also you are having the good time in that cinema theater because you and your friends would enjoy the both like cinema as well as your sleeping friend, really great funny. When I was in the theater I used to book in the balcony and have a separate place for the sleep itself because then the kids would starts to sleep then he would keep them in that place to have the good sleep. I'm definitely not the kind of person who can fall asleep during a movie. Maybe if I were absolutely exhausted. But I don't think I've been that tired at a movie since I was 4 or 5. I have never fallen asleep at the movies, but my ex used to all the time. It was embarassing when he would start snoring. I would wake him up but he would go to sleep again. Actually to see movies in cinema isn't economy to me, always I watch movies on internet. Truly I did this when I was young, and the fee was much cheaper and sometimes it was free in that time. Yes, I experienced falling asleep in a movie theater before. Of course it was back when I was maybe 6 or 7 years old. LOL My family (mom, dad, sister, an aunt, her husband, and myself) had gone to see Walt Disney's "Fantasia". All of us, with the exception of my aunt, had fallen asleep. Apparently the 5 of us found it boring and couldn't stay awake to watch it. My aunt on the other hand loved it.
