True Tear Jerkers---what Movies Made You Cry

I love watching movies and there are some movies that I just can't help that makes me cry...Yes I'm one who will cry at the movie theathers or even at home if the movie touched me... Movies such as The Shawshank Redemption, Titanic, even the Elephant man were some of my favorites... Men will even shed a tear or two even if they trying to cover it up..I know there are some men out there that do:) So my question to you is what movie(s) really touched you so much that you shed a tear...Why was so special about this movie.... Mine was The Green Mile...directed by Frank Darabont who hooked up with Stephan King. Michael Clarke Duncan (John Coffee) who was convicted of a child murder, yet apparently capable of performing miracles, awaiting execution on the so-called "Green Mile". Tom Hanks plays the prison guard who forms a bond with the gentle giant, and amongst the many moments that tug on the heartstrings, it's the inexorable ending, as Duncan is strapped into the electric chair, which really opened my floodgate of tears... I loved that movie so much..

I am really emotional so it doesnt take much to make me cry. My favorite tear jerkers are Stella and Fried Green tomatoes. But honey, I could sit and watch Oprah and start crying. I cry all the time. [estarga]
I totally agree with the Passion of the Christ graphic brutality being a tear jerker....can you imagine being present at the time of this occured? [phatkat]

You watched the movie Green Mile?? This one was really a nice one. The casting, the story and the background score of this feature was simply awesome. It really made me cry for some reason. Very touching movie I would say. These days its really hard to find such great movies. [unishwetabh]
Yes and I loved it. Actually watched it a couple more times and cried like it was the first time..lol... Yes it is very hard to find great movies like that one. I can say If you ever hear of a good one now-a-days please share..lol... Thank you for responding... [mzbubblie]

I like how you mentioned greenmile! I thought it would be boring because of length my wife wanted me to watch it with her and it did really upset me. I don't normally cry or get a tear in my eye when watching movies but this movie did move me. The only other movie which i remember crying was when i was a small kid and i saw transformers the movie and optimus prime died. (i was only around 6) Kudos ~Joey [joey_matthews]
I had to giggle on this one...no offense. But I can't say any different since I cried twice for E.T. E.T. was convincibly real. But you cried on a cartoon? Not to poke fun, but it makes me want to sit down analyze feature films with the kiddos to make sure they can comprehend. Optimus Prime? Ok Joey, you were after all only six. Thanks for the smile...I needed that. [phatkat]

Green miles good and the elephant mad is just tragic - really bad when you think it's a true story and I made have sobbed alittle for the latter, tragic However the worst ever was watership down. Ok it was an animation but wow don't ever let your kids see that. It's a good 'film' very watchable about rabbits looking for freedom (i've not see it for a few years as it goes) but boy is it sad. If you've seen it or see it you'll know what I mean. Goodluck [Jakker27]
The Elephant man is a very sad story, do you know they still have his skeleton on display with his head preserved in formaldehyde in a hospital in London? He was tiny I was about 8 when I saw this and he was smaller than me but British people were smaller in Victorian times apparently. And "Watership Down" is a moving one too don't think it made me cry however even when I was a kid. Though the bit where fiver has a vision of the warren being destroyed at the beginning used to freak me out. [nancyrowina]

There were several movies that made me cry and two of which you mentioned already, "Titanic" and the "Green Mile." It was very sad to see Leonardo sink to the bottom of the ocean after the ship sank. The Green Mile made me sad when that prisoner got the death penalty and it was done the wrong way by that incompetent prison guard. That made me sad too. Another movie that made me sad was "The Guardian", when Kevin Costner died at the end of the movie after saving the new rescue swimmer that he had trained. [kgwat70]
Ahhhh, I don't think I've seen that one, But I will check it out... Yes, when the ship sank and they were out in the water, holding on, she woke up to realize he was dead..and had to let him go drift down into the water...I can't tell you how many times I've watched that movie. Because of channels like HBO, you get to see them on and off for months at a time, and if I catch it on, I would watch it all over again... The GreenMile was the topper for me. That movie really moved me and I only watched it a few times as I know I would just buss out crying and saying it's just so wrong.. Thank you for responding... [mzbubblie]

Oh, The Green Mile, love that movie (but hate to watch at the same time--make sense?) Titanic saw it once wonderful movie,,, just hurts me too bad. Last night my husband I watched "Finding Never-land" with Johnny Depp again. That one makes me cry... I try to stay away from those real heart-wrenching movies! But occasionally one will come along that you just have to see again & again. The movies "Ghost" and "Powder" also come to mind, so many good ones through the years, don't know how I could pick one, I'm just a real compassionate person, and can really get into feeling the hurt! I'm better off with feel good or humorous movies, I think! Have a nice Day! [Heavensent53]
Ghost is so great because it can have you laughing so hard that you start crying and then it just grabs at your heartstrings and the waterworks just start flooding out. It is a terrific movie. Powder is also a great movie that I seem to forget about too often. I wonder why that is. [sunnypub]

oh wow there have been a few... Green Mile Powder Cider House Rules Monster (Aileen Wornous *sp* story) Pay It Forward Cry Freedom (about Steven Biko and his death) Hotel Rwanda Elephant Man (classic fabulous movie that I love) Bang Bang You're Dead American History X Colour Purple Veronica Guerin Mean Creek Tears of the Sun Man on Fire thats just some of them.... [Ravenladyj]
Ahhh the Color Purple, Yes That was a excellent movie as well...I see you get into those tear jerking heartfelt movies as I do...You have a very good selection too.. As always thank you for responding... [mzbubblie]

I'm not one to really cry at movies. I don't need to sit there with a box of tissues. But there are a few that make me tear up and stir emotions. The one that always gets me, even though I know it's coming is in A League of Their Own when the girl finds out that her husband was just killed in war. Tom Hanks delivers that briliantly. Also Steel Magnolias. That's an all star cast and it always gets me too. [nicolec]
Oh Yes I enjoyed both of those movies..believe it or not, when I was in school we got to watch Steel magnolia's. Excellent choices and both great movies.. Thank you for sharing and responding... [mzbubblie]

yes...i wathc green mile too...anfter that movie i realize that the live is short and unfair:-s.. i'm a boy ..but i cry at that movie too:( is one of my favorite movie... "LONDON" is amovie like that too...i cry at that too:-s [i_was_young]
Awww that just means you are a very compassionate person and there is nothing wrong with a guy tearing or crying at a movie..It's actually cute :) I never seen London, but thank you for sharing that movie with me..Also, thank you for responding... [mzbubblie]

my family and friends always tease me about being able to cry easily over a movie. my favorite tear-jerker of all was the titanic starring leonardo di caprio and kate winslet. i also remember crying over my life, starring michael keaton and nicole kidman. if you're not familiar with this movie, it was about a man with terminal cancer and can't accept the fact that he's dying and will leave his beautiful pregnant wife alone. but of course at the end, he was able to accept that he will die. [pamsofivikal]
Awww the way you spoke on the movie "crying over my life" sounds like a movie I would enjoy...I will have to check that out myself... Very true, sometimes you think about yourself when watching some movies, it just happens... Thank you for responding and sharing one of your favorite movies with us... [mzbubblie]

i also cried when watching a movies that touch me, even a tv show i also cried. i just cant help it tears just roll down my face. one of the movie the i had experience crying was the notebook, i just forgot what was the name of the two leas stars there. sadly i forgot the title of other movies that made me cry too. i guess that shows that we are just human and emotional we touched by someones story specially if it had some relevant in our life wither past or present. [jhoanee]
yes that is true, some movies really do reflecton someone life and it's heart-touching... If you do happen to think of some movies, please share. I love watching a good movie..Also thank you for responding [mzbubblie]

The last scene in "Sleepless in Seattle" does it for me. Love is like that..."magic". And, Seabiscuit gets to me also. I love that horse...lol. The whole story is energizing to me because of the never quit attitude. I like the kind of movie that has a triumphant ending. Those kind make me cry much more often than any others. [sigma77]
Yes most the movies that touch me always gets me in the end like The Green Mile. Sleepless in Seattle was another very good movie as well... Thank you for responding... [mzbubblie]

the biggest tear jerker movie for me would have to be step mom with julia robers. the fact that the mom is dying of cancer and then accepts the step mom into the family was so touching and moving. [poppoppop111]
Step Mom is such a terrific moive. I think the casting and acting were brilliant. I don't think it was a really popular movie, but it is soooo worht watching especially if you are into good drama tear jerkers. [sunnypub]

The Green Mile is one of the best movies out ... If you didn't cry watching that movies then you are made of stone ...lol Steele Magnolias was quite the tearful movies for me ...it was so sad for Julia Roberts when she got sick ... Another movie where she played "The Step Mom " was a teary one for me too ...I am not sure that is the right name of that movie but it was good ... Julia oberts all her movies have brought tears to my eyes ...I think it has to do with her being such a great actress... [lifeiseasy]
Yes most movies really depends on the actors, how they put their heart into it to make it real and with emotions... I will have to check out "the step mom" i heard this movie said in this topic twice...I must rent this one out... as always thank you for responding MsLady... [mzbubblie]

I was thinking the same thing, before I got passed the title of your discussion. The green mile, really is a good tear-jerker. There are so many others, but it such a long list, that I would not be able to get through it all. However, I do like to watch Hallmark movies, so you are guaranteed to get tear-jerkers there. [western_valleygirl]
Hehehe, I never watched a Hallmark Movie or maybe I have..lol...I will also have to look into that myself... Yes, I admit, I love a good tear-jerker kind of a movie... Thank you for sharing that information with us...Thank you for responding... [mzbubblie]

I say the green mile,gerry mguire,you got mail,notting hill,and brave heart.i a shallow person...these are the few movies wher i shed tears...peace! [007Bond1974]
There isn't anything wrong with shedding a tear or 2 or 3 or more... :) Yes Braveheart was another good movie as well... Thank you for responding... [mzbubblie]

My top tear-jerking movies are as follows: The Green Mile (Michael Clarke Duncan) Gladiator (Russell Crowe) John Q (Denzel Washington) Remember the Titans (Denzel Washington) The Sixth Sense (Bruce Willis) The Notebook (Rachel McAdams) Dreamgirls (Jennifer Hudson, Beyonce, Jamie Foxx) [neetrah_32]
Ohhhh those are some really good movies...Yes, I enjoyed Dreamgirls myself, however, some parts I was more mad then sad...lol.. Thank you for responding and sharing your movies choices [mzbubblie]

I'm completely with you on 'The Green Mile'. That movie makes me cry everytime I see it - usually over Mr. Jingles! I also cry at 'Moulin Rouge', there's a film that likes to tug on the ol' heartstrings. I will also admit to crying at the end of 'Return of the King', when everyone bows to the Hobbits. [randomosity_prevails]
hehehe Mr. Jingles...lol..awwwww...John Coffee got me the entire movie... Thank you for sharing the movies with me...I will watch Green Mile but not too often, even knowing what will happen, I sill cry.. [mzbubblie]

It is odd, movies don't make me cry so if an actor, or movie does make me cry it is really good. I realized this about movies when I was young actually, never cried during the Hallmark Hall of Fame movies, etc, I would give mom a box of tissues whenever "I Want To Live" "Backstreet" or "Imitation of Life" came on reruns. Then a movie of the week aired, called "Orpan Train", and the character played by Melissa Michaelsen made me cry, she was that talented and moving in the role she portrayed. It was the first time I cried for a movie I didn't cry again until two years later same actress played in a movie called "Broken Promise" Always thought it was a shame she didn't do more. I can't remember the last time a movie made me cry since then. If the Green Mile was so moving to you, then you may want to rent a copy of "I Want To Live" with Susan Hayward from 1958 based on the true story of Barbara Graham, or Madam X. Older movies but great ones. Susan Hayward is the closest I come to crying, with Backstreet and I Want to Live other than the two movies that did make me cry. [nowment]
Aww, I will have to check them out, thank you for the suggestion... Most movies don't make me cry, but some I have to give it to them, they just do it for me...The actors are what makes it soo good.. Thank you for sharing your movie selections with me and also thank you for responding [mzbubblie]

i cried like crazy while watching 'the notebook.' it was just a sweet, sappy love story that embodied everything ive always wanted. im a romantic at heart, so movies like that really get me going. i saw it with a friend and we were bawling the entire time. our other friend (a guy) ended up seeing spiderman or something because he didn't want to see a "chick flick." when we left the movie theater he started cracking up because our eyes were red and our makeup was all streaming down our faces. oh well... [pagli84]
hehehehe awwww...lol... I see "the notebook" is another movie I have to rent. I've seen a few people mention that one as well.. Thank you for the cute story about your friends and also sharing other movies.... Thank you, also, for responding... [mzbubblie]

BraveHeart that one heck of a movie seen it a lot of times and never failed to make me cry. Yes it is quite graphic but the movie has a good heart too, when they have to strap down Wallace and he still shouted freedom instead of mercy dang I was crying like as if there's no tomorrow! [othala]
Awwww....yes it is....THe thought of that part just moves me alone... You can tell who really enjoys movies and how powerful some movies move a person...I can say from this topic alone, there are alot of movies that move us..even guys :) Thank you for sharing and responding... [mzbubblie]

well i dont cry when watching movies, but there are some movies that really "moved me" like the shawshank redemption, the green mile and forest gump, all great films!! oh actually! when i was reallyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy young i cried watching E.T lol! [sirwillyam]
Oh come on is "moved you" another word for tearing up just a little bit :) Yes those movies are good...and ET, yanno I never cried on that one..just sadden by the things that happened..lol Thank you for responding [mzbubblie]

The Green Mile was definitely one of those tear jerker movies! I really cried a lot with that one. There have been many movies that made me cry: Steel Magnolias, Step Mom, Terms of Endearment, One true thing, The Sea Inside, Wit, and so many others that right now I can't remember them all. I love a tear jerker, specially when I have thing that worry me. It is the perfect excuse to let it go crying like a maniac and feel better after. [berlinlife]
awwwww...Yes you have mentioned some real tear jerking movies I tell you....Sometimes some of these movies really hit home and you can't help but to feel what they going through... Thank you for sharing and responding [mzbubblie]

Wide Awake was a movie I recently saw. It's about a boy who wanted to look for god to talk to him and ask about his grandpa. Even though he tried to prepare himself for his grandpa's death, he found out afterwards how much he could not come to terms that he is not coming back. It was so sad. A child of his age experiencing such a hard difficuly loss. I cried when he was talking to his grandpa and admitted to being scared. It has comedy in the movie as well which also gives it a major plus. [emskoneko]
Aww yeah those kinda movies are really touching especially when there is a child involved in it. Thank you for the selection, I will have to check that one out also...I been making me a list :) Thank you for responding.. [mzbubblie]

I rarely ever cry about things, but when I watched Antwon Fisher I cried throughout the whole entire movie. Just to see his struggle and all of the things that he went through in his life was just TOO much for me. I couldn't stop crying and believe me when I say that I won't ever watch that movie again (too sad). I also cried on Steel Magnolias when Julia Roberts character was all sick from her kidneys being so messed up. The only reason that I get so emotional about that is because I had a long bought of sickness from my kidneys that rendered me unable to care for my son for over a year. It was one of the most depressing times in my life. Other than that, I don't really cry about movies. [missinghim]
yes... i am doing much better! thank you so much for asking!!! :) [missinghim]

I used to make fun of my sister for crying so much at movies, but ever since I had my daughter, I can cry at commercials, so now she makes fun of me. There are actually alot of movies that make me cry but I would have to say there are two that are so bad I won't watch them anymore. One is Terms Of Endearment. I can actually watch all of that movie except the last 15 minutes or so because I just turn into a blubbering fool. The second is Deep Impact. It is a really good movie but there are a few scenes in it that I just can't handle watching so I just don't watch the movie anymore. OF course there are many that I will watch over and over again even though they make me cry. Here is my list of my favorite re-watchable tear-jerkers, in no particular order. Boys On the Side - the ending really gets to me Armagedon - again it is the ending Apollo 13 - I cry in multiple place but the ending really gets the tears flowing Beaches - again lots of places to cry in this one Dances With Wolves - one of the best movies ever made and it gets me crying every time I see it It's My Party - about a gay guy who has aids and decides he wants to kill himself so he doesn't suffer, but he decides to throw himself a party with all of his friends first. really touching and sad. Autumn In New York - there are so many reasons to cry with this movie. It is just so sweet and heartbreaking. I have seen all of these movies more than 20 times each and I still cry every time. [sunnypub]
Ohhh Boys don't cry, I actually bought the movie due to catching the middle part of it on regular tv...I was like I gotta go buy it NOW!!!! lol That was a very good movie... I have to check out Terms of Endearment, I've heard that here a couple times....Autumn in New York was just as you say heartbreaking... Thank you for sharing and you know, since I had my son, I feel more emotional about things than I use to also... [mzbubblie]

Love Story, that should go without saying. Phoenix and Griffin because of what cancer causes, and the impact it has on people. Ghost, because loving someone and losing them, and never being able to see them again in this life is uteerly painful. Titanic, because of all the lives that were lost, and the fear the people must have felt being in that ice cold water, and only the people who "were something" had the option of the rafts. I know there are more, but I can't think of any more right now. [crickethear]
Ahhh I loved Titanic, I actually can watch that movie over and over well at least twice a month and enjoy it like it's my first time watching it..tear up each time..lol Well if you think of anymore please share, I got me a nice list going... Thank you for responding... [mzbubblie]

a moment to remember a korean movie. it has some good qualities, though exaggerated in some sense. [daemonx87]
yeah, in then end i can't get it off my head. life really is too short~ that i should cherish it with the one i love. geez, this movie makes me think that there's more than remorse. =) [daemonx87]

I'm like the biggest sap. I cry over quite alot of movies. Sometimes even a 30 second commercial will make me teary eyed. Those commercials they have for shaken baby syndrome get me every time. The one that gets me the most I think is actually 3 movies.. the lord of the rings trilogy. No matter how many times I've seen it (and the bf is a big fan so I've seen it lots) there are certain scenes that make me cry everytime I see it.. even though I know that it's gonna turn out alright. Like when they are going to helm's deep and get attacked.. Everytime Aragon goes off the cliff I cry. My bf just brought home the movie "Nell" a few weeks ago. Apparently it's an old movie but I hadn't even heard of it until he sat down to watch it with me. That one had me seriously bawling.. not just crying but actually sobbing. Heck, I'll even cry over books.. lol.. [imsilver]
Aww, it's ok you know you're just a very compassionate person and there is nothing wrong with that... I'm the same way know I will tear up but loved it so much, I just have to see it again :) Thank you so much for sharing and responding [mzbubblie]

Homeward Bound made me cry - a story of 3 pets who decided to go back home when they thought their owners were in trouble. It just showed how loyal dogs and cats can be as long as they're well taken care of. [aulivsk]
Awww...that is cute, I think the animal movies can be adorable also...I have to check that one out.. Thank you for responding [mzbubblie]

John Q staring densel washington I couldn't help but cry at the end of this movie, the lengths that man was willing to go to to save his sons life was heart renching. i watched the movie again some weeks later and cried again some man i am lol [redfang]
Aww yes..I just watched that again last week..Very very good movie I may say, but Denzel is the man :) Thank you for responding [mzbubblie]

I've never seen that movie. I didn't realize it was a tear jerker I thought it was more of a man's movie. I'll have to check it out. Steel Magnolias made me cry big time. Oh there are so many more but I just can't think of them. My ex use to sit and laugh at me cause I would bawling away. He thought that was so funny. I'll come back and add some if I can think of any. [coolcatzz]
Yes please...Oh My you never seen the GreenMile??? Ms Lady you need to be rushing to your local video store and renting a copy TODAY!!!! :) Great movie, actually it's a movie you can purchase and add to your DVD collection... Yes, I will patiently be awaiting your return with your selection of tear-jerkers... Thank you for responding... [mzbubblie]

Anything Nicholas Sparks. His literature and movies based on his literature are incredible. Highly recommended. [Xanatos390]
Oh thank you very much for the information. I have to check that out myself.... Thank you for responding [mzbubblie]

i dont remember much ... but armageddon's last scenes ... the last samurai and we where soldiers made me cry a bit ... and yes ... sometimes opera makes me cry PEACE !!!! [guyinbluepants]
Oh yes The last Samurai...Yes I cried at the end where they were at war...Very very sad... Thank you for responding [mzbubblie]

i also cried when i went to see the lion king when it first came out in the cinema, i took my then girlfriend to see it and when mufasa died i couldn't help but cry, i slumped in my seat slightly and quickly dried my eyes then tried to stop an more coming. thankfully she never saw it lol. [redfang]
Awwwwww....that's cute...Yes that was a very good movie..I never get into animated movies, but that is one I can say I watched.... thank you for responding [mzbubblie]

"The notebook" "A walk to remember" Are two movies that pop into my head, when i think of tear jerkers. Titanic is one too! [kortni]
Oh I have to check out the notebook, I never seen that movie before...thank you for that.. Also thank you for responding [mzbubblie]

I agree the green mile was a reaL tear jerker !I was raised in europe during ww2 and I couldnt even watch shindlers list ! [revdauphinee]
Yes, I watched The green mile maybe twice...I can't stand to go through it over and over, I cry no matter what...lol Thank you for responding [mzbubblie]

Before I even saw the image you had posted for this I was thinking the Green Mile. I just watched it last night, and it is by far one of my most favorite movies of all time! I'm glad you like it as much as I do. I'm going to watch Elephant Man, I have it on my computer, I just haven't bothered watching it. Tom Hanks, and just about any movie he's in are decent, to awesome. Shawshank is another good one, but I actually like Gladiator probably just as much. A sadistically sad movie that I'd suggest (2 actually): Pi - 2001, and Requiem For A Dream Both of them are by the same actor. [Alphasee]
Ohhh Ok thank you for that...Yes the Green Mile is something huh? I enjoyed it and really got into the movie... Yes the Elephant Man, Man I cried throughout that movie.. :( it was so touching... Thank you for the other choices as well, thank you for responding... [mzbubblie]

i sure do find some movies touchy!! like steven spilllbergs ROBOTS the david film it made me cry! [zainogenius]
Aww yes, That was a very good movie also....Thank you for responding... [mzbubblie]

I am a grown man that is not afraid to admit my complete emotional breakdowns watching movies...LOL The Green Mile gets me every time (I even cried reading the book). The Elephant Man is another that gets the waterworks flowing and most recently Finding Neverland (completely lost it on that one). Don't let all my freaky tattoos fool you, I'm actually a big softy at heart. [inked4life]
Awwww hehehe... First off, You get 2 thumbs up for not being afraid to admit you are in touch with your emotional side... Yes, indeed That movie really got me going...I was sooo intuned with that movie, I can't began to tell you what part moved me the most... I will have to check out "Finding Neverland" sounds like a good one and your taste of movies just agreeing with me lets me know this one should be a good one also... Thank you very much for responding.. [mzbubblie]

the movie latter 49 i cryed so hard it is a very sad movie about a fire fighter that risked and lost his life and at the time my hubby was overseas and you always think about a government car pulling up to tell you something very bad and that is how it was in this moving i hated it yet loved it if that makes sense. [aretha]
Yes it makes sense...I know what you mean, sometimes some of these movies are so moving you can't help it... Good actors and directing is the key.. thank you for responding [mzbubblie]

Hmmm...there are so many of them, it's hard to choose! But I guess some of my favorites would have to be "Rent", "Schindler's List", "Terms of Endearment", and "Ghost". [ebeckhusen]

The movies 'Donnie Darko', 'The Science of Sleep', 'Amelie', and 'Garden State' all made me cry. They're all basically about finding happiness and love. They are also all some of my favorite movies. I don't watch movies as much as I used to. Oh, and MY DOG SKIP! That movie made me cry as well...but too, I'm not much of a "crier", so maybe I'm not the best judge... [adelaidetovar]

The movie "IF ONLY" starred by Jennifer Love Hewitt and Paul Nichols. I think I must have this movie an umpteenth times already and yet, I still cry over and over. [dianavarro]
I just responded about this movie. I cried when I watched it too. I think it is one of the saddest movies ever. I only got to see it once though and I will watch it again when I get the chance. My sister watched it too and cried her eyes out but my mom wouldn't watch it after we told her about it because she doesn't like sad movies. I really like movies like this but I can't watch "Titanic" anymore because it is just too sad and I have seen it so many times and cried every time. :) [cwilson26]

I easily cry when I watch movies like this. I have seen "The Green Mile" and it touched my heart also and brought tears to my eyes. A couple of movies that really made me cry were "Flight 93" and "If Only". Not the "United 93" movie that was in the theaters but the one that was on A&E. I cried through the whole thing. And the movie "If Only" really had tears streaming down my face especially at the end when the girl died. It has been awhile since I watched this movie so I really couldn't tell you too much about it but it made me ball my eyes out. Thank goodness my husband was sleeping and didn't see me, lol! Titanic also made me cry and I can't even watch it anymore because every time I watch it I cry my eyes out. I have seen the Shawshank Redemption but I don't remember if I cried over it or not. I read the book also. I love watching movies but my favorite are mostly horror movies. I finally got to see "Saw 2" and "Final destination 3" the other night. :) [cwilson26]

I cried when Jack died in Titanic, to get through all the danger beforehand only to die..and the green mile too. Million Dollar Baby also made me cry when Hilary Swank's character died...o and the Lion King when Simba's father died..o that had me crying buckets! I'm sure there were plenty others but those are the ones I remember for now. [emisle]

theres a movie called my dog skip. it makes me cry every time i watch it. theres this part where the dog nearly dies, its so sad. the kid walks over to it crying and saying dont die i love you skip!! its soo sad. especially cuz my dog is called skip.. [xsammiex]

I am very emotional to and one movie that makes me cry every single time that i see it no matter where it is is my girl it has to be one of the most sad movies that has ever been made [julias27cupcake]

mine was bambi..when i was still a kid...hehehe..also land before time... [dmunz83]

I agree with the Green Mile. I also like the Shawshank redemption. For me, I'd have to say the movie Pay it Forward. I sat and cried like a baby at the end of that movie. If you haven't seen it, I highly recommend it. [macs01]

well i also love tearjerkers. i love the movie I AM SAM by sean penn, dakota fanning and michelle pfeiffer. I taught that green mile is a boring movie and since you make some introduction about this movie then il rent it. [leleng]

i have seen Green Mile years ago when i was still in college. and yep, the story is great and i feel sorry for Duncan. he was accused of something he hasn't done. but atleast, in that short time together, the two, duncan and hanks were able to create friendship between them. i just recently saw shawshank redemption. i never wanted to see it. but my boyfriend told me it's one of the best movies ever. and so, i did watch it since he really bought me a copy of it. and the story made me cry, too. one korean film which is sassy girl, also my boyfriend sent me a copy of that film, put me into tears. destiny and fate really plays on us sometimes. and yet, we still end up with the person who is meant for us. i have just seen Click two days ago with my family. and it was so tear jerking! i admit, the comedy part isn't that funny. but the lessons learned from it made really cry. "make your family on top of your list no matter what happens" there are lots of films that really make an emotional person such as me cry. truman show, rules of engagement, save the last dance, men of honor, and many more. [maryannemax]
Click was also a tearjerker for me. Family movies always touch me deeply. [MariaD]

A couple of movies that I can name that were real tear jerkers for me are: The Notebook and 50 First Dates. My parents were also very tearful with The Notebook. What triggered my eye ducts in The Notebook was the part near the end when the couple were together and then suddenly, the woman lost her memory again and the man was crying so hard and the caregivers were settling her down. Even though 50 First Dates is a romantic comedy, there were scenes that made me teary-eyed. [MariaD]

I have yet to see the Green Mile, although my boyfriend says I really need to watch it. It's on my "to do" list. I loved the Titanic, but it didn't make me cry. I'm not heartless, in fact I can cry frequently...lol One of my favorite tear jerker movies was "Patch Adams" with Robin Williams. Based on a true story about a doc that helped sick kids. It made me laugh, cry, laugh, cry, cry a lot more and I'll never forget watching it at the movies with my daughter next to me, and she was crying too!! :) [classyphotobuggy]

When the song Christmas shoes for Mama came out by Kenny Chesney, someone told me that their was a movie called "Christmas Shoes" and it would make me cry and that it did! The song was almost enough to make me cry but the movie, I couldn't help it! Another favorite is "Beaches" with Bette Midler! Anyone with a child and a close relationship with anyone else could relate. [cvaughn570]

the tearjerkers for me have been Titanic and going years back it was Love story. I now try and watch comedies so I don`t cry. [sandie61]

There's been so many movies that made me cry. All the Kings Men made me cry. Best political movie I'd ever saw. I liked the Green Mile as well...The Notebook made me cry...Passion of the Christ made me bawl my eyes out. I cried from beginning to end. Million Dollar Baby made me cry and Cold Mountain ... [Deja88]

I cried through the book "Gone With the Wind" when I was a teenager (many decades ago), and then I re-read it as an adult, and cried myself silly. Then the movie was on tv a couple times many years ago--you guessed it, I cried all over it again! I don't watch it anymore--I can't take the red eyes and stuffy nose from all the tears. Great Movie!! [foxfirethree]

The end of Beaches, and also Titanic made me cry. A couple of others but can't remeber the names right now. [ohfunds]

Pay it Forward was one of the movies that made me cry. It was so nice that something like that was thought by a child and it can actually happen and it can actually work. I know it is only a story but it was really fascinating. Powder also made me cry. I felt really sad that he had to die. And that nobody was able to see the beauty and power that he possessed because they were too afraid of him. And this was just because he looked different. Really sad... Philadelphia was a moving movie. Also, When a Woman loves a Man. [xanjvill]

i've cried on to many movies but i can never forget Mulan. I really card hard and so was my friends! we were crying and sniffing and whenever we look at each other, we laughed at how terribly we looked. we were inside a moviehouse and we never cared of the other audience. i just saw the guardian recently and i kinda cried there too. i pitied ben randall. he resigned from the work he loved so much and at the same time he lost his wife. and after that, he died. but he died as a hero. T.T and as a legend that everyone from his work and his friends will remember from the rest of their lives. [secretbear]

I do love movies, I seldom go to movie houses, I just wait for HBO to show it or just rent a dvd. I cry if the movie depicts about family issues and mostly if its about children with disabilities. I like Forest Gump, Mercury rising and olivers oil [jeraldanmarie]

The Green Mile was definitely a great movie..but I think one of my favorites for this category would have to be The Notebook...if you haven't seen it I don't want to ruin it by describing it...but believe me it's worth the watch!!! I would highly recommend it!! I believe for me it was rated at a full box of kleenex!!!! [rx4life]

My Girl makes me cry everytime I watch it even thought I know the little boy is going to die! Armagedon gets me when Bruce Willis dies in the end and I agree with The Green Mile I wanted him to live but that poor man had been through so much I could see why he would want to die! [kathyj]

I shed a tear or two at Guess Who last night, as embarrassing at that might be to admit. I'll cry at just about any movie that touches something in me. I don't know if I can name just one that would set me off every time, though. [earthsong]

I cried during Old Yeller. It was sad at the end when the boy shot his dog, everytime I see that movie it brings a tear to my eye. he Green Mile was sad but not to sad to make me cry. It almost provoked a tear but not quite. I like good movies that make you cry. [Geno819]

Yeah that movie makes my cry everytime I watch it but it is such a good movie. I always start whenever John Coffee says plese don't turn out the lights. [Shaun72]

Titanic is one movie, that made me cry. It's pathetic ending, with the lovers seperated, is very touching, and sensitive. The ship crashes so dangerously, it's hard to keep your eyes dry. I watch it with my eyes wide open, when the innocent people in the ship, slowly dies. Each time I watch the movie, I have the same feeling, and I cry hard on seeing the extreme pain and horror that the characters in the film go through. [moumitamazumder]

The first movie that I ever cried in, or at least the first one I remember crying in was as a child in the movie 'Beaches.' These days I'm not so sensitive and don't cry in movies. However, put on Beaches and by the end I guarantee I will be in tears. Actually, if I'm feeling a bit teary as happens on occasions I will put on Beaches so I can have a good cry, and if anyone walks in I can just go '*sniff sniff* I'm just watching Beaches. It does it to me every time.' I still adore that movie. [twistedangelwings]

Yeah Green Mile made me cry, Titanic, Stepomom, Notebook (so much)!! it doesnt take alot to make me cry but those movies made me cry so so much... [PiperCharmed]

I would have to add All Dogs Go To Heaven, Where the Red Fern Grows, and Out of Africa to this list. They just get me to boohooing every time. [badpenny]

my favorite tear jerker is a Japenese movie The love letter,a very old movie ,the relationship in that story, is very simple ,beteween two teenager, from hide to clear ,all the thing seem to be a faulse,a misunderstand, but i perfer i didn't konw the truth, maybe everyone would be happy [kidhome]

titanic made me cry and that was 9 years ago, old movies like that with a lot sense and true to life make me cry but not necessarily all movies like that make me cry with that kind of genre it just made me feel lonely that it has to happen to good people. [mixelplik]

I'm really a cry baby and I easily cry when watching a sad movie. One is "A Moment to Remember"; this is a Korean movie and I was really touched cause the guy was really there for his wife inspite of everything that happened. His wife has the Alzheimer's disease but he never left him and he was really persistent and stubborn telling his wife's family that he will be the one to take care of her but at the end, his wife was put in a shelter for people who have Alzheimer's disease yet he still loves her so much. When a Man Loves a Woman: I know this is an old movie but I love the guy's character here cause he never left his alcoholic wife and he even took care of his two daughters. The Passion of Christ: I also cried hard when I watched this movie because I know I have sins and I'm thankful that Jesus is always there for me. (I'm a Catholic). The Notebook and A Walk to Remember.;);) Phantom of the Opera [gianena]
I really got to see this Notebook movie, I have heard this a quite a few times....Man...I have been missing out ... I know the green mile got me so bad I just could not stop crying.... thank you for responding and sharing your movie interests [mzbubblie]

I am a male that does not mind the old tear jerker. there are a few movies that move me to close to tears. they are the green mile, the bodyguard, ghost and a day on the beach. all these movies have that something that move the emotional side of anybody. i feel that they are very well written and are the movies of the century [zhetto]
There is nothing with a tear here and there :) All those movies are excellent movies..Well, I have to check out day of the beach... Thank you for responding.. [mzbubblie]

Steel Magnolias with Sally Fields, Julia Roberts, & Dolly Parton gets me everytime I watch it, I bawl my eyes out in several part, but especially when Shelby's husband comes home and finds her unconcious and the baby is there, I have a really soft spot for children, even though its just a movie and the baby was never in any real harm it pulls at my heart, and I bawl the whole time Shelby is in the hospital & even more when she dies. It is a great movie & I love watching it, but I cry like a little baby. A Walk to Remember is another one that makes me cry, from happiness & sadness. They especially get to me when Im pregnant [lilttownmommie]
Yes, I have to agree, that movie was a very good movie.. I cried myself..I have watched it tons of times. Unlike "the green mile" I know how that movie touched me I have watched it only twice...They movie really got me... Thank you for responding... [mzbubblie]

Surprisingly, and a few people have said this, Click was the last movie that got me teary. I was very surprised at that, for a comedy movie, and I'm not really one for crying in movies. I think the tearing up started at the part where his dad says "I love you son", and then at the end when he hands his ex-wife the piece of paper. [dycaite]
Aww that movie really touched you and there is nothing with that... I have have to add this to my list...Thank you for responding [mzbubblie]

yaah i saw some movies that makes me cry but these are very few actually there are home relations that make us cry if this could happen with us so it makes us more to cry [samee007]

yes, ur rite that when we watch some movies they touch so much, that tears get out of our eyes. I SAW A FILM WHEN I WAS 6 YEARS I DONT remember the name exactly but the movie is still in my mind As fresh that i have seen it just now. The way i cried after seeing the movie every one around was so astonished to see me crying so much. A boy leaves to london from india for studies at age of 8years and the flight in which he was gets crahed in some forests. The person who was along with him dies in the crash,he escapes with injuries. And the life he lives in the jungle eating those snane eggs, dead animals flesh and the problems he faced till his parents find him and take him back to home after three months long search in the forest. It touched me so much that i started crying and till now if i remember that situation i becom sad thinking about the film. [pokiri007]
Oh wow, yes that movie had to touch you, If I knew or could help you I would. I have no idea what movie that is.. If you find out, please come back and let us know especially me. Alot of the movies people have posted, I'm very interested in watching.. Thank you for responding [mzbubblie]

I cried at "The Color Purple" I always cry at the part where he separates the girls as children and they are doing their clapping rhyme in the air. No matter how many times I see it that always makes me cry, it's a very moving film all round really that I'm glad was made. [nancyrowina]
That movie is just a CLASSIC, I LOVE IT myself...I don't read books, but I actually bought the book and read it.. Thank you for responding... p.s. the ending is what REALLY got me crying...beautiful ending [mzbubblie]

mine is that movie: a walk to remember,,, its the one and only movie that has ever made me cry! The movie revolves around the lives of two very different Beaufort High School teenagers: the daughter of a minister, Jamie Sullivan (Moore) and a jaded, aimless high school senior, Landon Carter (West). When a prank on a fellow high-school student goes wrong, Landon is punished with mandatory participation in various after-school activities, such as tutoring to younger disadvantaged children at their sister school and acting in the drama club's final production, the spring play. At these functions he is forced to interact with Jamie Sullivan, but does not befriend her immediately. When Landon realizes that he needs help learning his lines for the play, he asks Jamie for help. She agrees to help him if he promises not to fall in love with her, to which he responds by saying, "That's not a problem." At school, Landon continues to look down upon Jamie and mock her along with his group of friends. Eventually, Landon is intrigued by Jamie's positive attitude, forgiving nature, and overwhelming faith. Landon finds himself falling in love with Jamie despite his promise that he wouldn't. The two begin dating, which threatens Landon's reputation and friendships with other students. He defends Jamie on various occasions and decides to end his connections with his previous clique; he even goes so far as to strike a former friend for publicly humiliating her. Jamie finally tells Landon that she has terminal leukemia and has stopped responding to treatments. As Jamie is hospitalized, Landon fulfills various wishes on Jamie's list, such as building her a telescope so she can see a comet. Through this process, Landon and Jamie learn more about the nature of love. The movie ends with Jamie's death, but only after the couple are married in the same chapel as was Jamie's deceased mother, the event that topped Jamie's wish list. Landon himself becomes a better person through Jamie's memory, achieving the goals that he set out to do, like she did. Four years later Landon visits Jamie's father. It is obvious that Jamie helped him to focus and become a better person. For example, he reveals he has finished college and been accepted to medical school. He tells Jamie's father that he is sorry he could not complete all of Jamie's wishes as he couldn't show her "the miracle" she wanted to see before dying. Her father then says, "She did. It was you." [nishanity]
Ahh the way you told the movie, I'm going to have to add this to my list...Sounds like a awesome movie.. Thank you for sharing and responding.. [mzbubblie]

The movie that made me cry was John Q. He went through a lot to make sure that his son got his organ donation. When they arrested him it made me cry. I did expect it to happen, but I still cried. [karlag]
Yes, i agree besides the story line, Denzel is just the MAN!!!! Very good actor that can make you feel what he is feeling... Thank you for responding... [mzbubblie]

The best ones for me are: The Green Mile, Sixth Sense. [rkalia73]
Both excellent movies... Sex Sense was the 1st movie I bought when I got my first dvd player..lol Thank you for responding... [mzbubblie]

God. I'm really emotional, to be honest. I try to pretend I'm not, but when something strikes a chord, I can't help but cry. Anything that vaguely reminds me of something that has once upset me.. so you can imagine the list of movies would be quite long. So, here's a list off the top of my head.. Click - one of the most depressing movies of all time... I swear if it hadn't ended the way it did, I might have went and offed myself it was so depressing. I would summarize it, but I don't believe in spoiling things for others! The Notebook - Three words. Romance & Chick Flick. The Pianist - I just can't believe something like this could happen. Ever. People can be so cruel... Schindler's List - See above. Ella Enchanted - Actually, I only cried while reading the book. And this was quite some time ago.. *ahem* That's all I can think of, really. [kaylalala]
I just rented the Notebook yesterday evening. I've sees so many people say that movie...I have to see what it is about today... There is nothing wrong with being emotional, I'm right with you..lol Thank you for your fav choices and thank you for responding... [mzbubblie]

There are 4 movies that I cried on. The Wiz- cried when The Good Witch (Lena Horne) sang "Believe in Yourself" and could not stop bawling when Dorothy (Diana Ross)sang "Home" - and went. E.T. I saw the original movie in the theater 20 something years ago, when special effects was still totally awesome. I cried when I thought E.T. died and again when he got to go home. What do I know? I was a kid. Passion of the Christ..total brutality. No man deserves that kind of undeserving punishment. I literally wanted to scream Stop it! Stop it! Pursuit of Happyness...Will I felt your pain, Brother! [phatkat]
awwww....You know Passion of the Christ was a bit much for me...I had to get a lil washcloth, the tissues were not doing it..it was really sad... [mzbubblie]

The Movie that made me cry is "Selena" it was her true story by the way. I have been a fan of Selena since I was high school and all I listen to is her. Watching the movie would really make me cry because it would always remind me of her and how she changed the music world for men and women. Selena is one of my favorite singers in the world and Selena the movie is one of my all time favorite movies, so all I have so say Selena is "You will always be in our hears and we will never forget how beautiful and talented you were". [UniqueCode]
Ohh that was a very good movie, I have watched that a few times myself.... Very very good movie...Yes, she changed the music world alot and I commend her...I happen to be flipping through channels and that movie caught my eye.. Thank you for responding.. [mzbubblie]

The movie that almost made me tear up is 10 things I hate about you. When towards the end of the movie, she recites her poem, and runs out crying lol The poem is very touching. [HeeLiX]
ohh you said "almost" cried...come on not even a tear??? :) hehehe, thank you for responding..I will have to check that movie out [mzbubblie]

I think one of the movies which I really cried was 'Sea biscuit' and the other one can be 'shaw shank redemption'. Both are truly great movies. A must watch for all [monkoshu4]

i used to watch indian movies in hindi language. One of the movie named kal ho na ho made me crying [sunil999]
Awww...That must of been a very good movie..you know only movies that are good and touching makes the real emotions come out..lol Thank you for responding... [mzbubblie]

The Green Mile is the only movie that made me cry as long as I remember.. [Crow88]

What movies made me cry? A lot! But one movie that I won't forget and really touched my heart is "Pay It Forward". I thought I'll never stop crying while watching that movie. [brew2x]

I love the Green Mile and cry every time I watch it....another tear jerker for me is Saving Isiah.....it's about a little boy, born to a crack addicted mother(Halle Barry) and is adopted out by the social worker on his case....when the child turns 5,the mother comes back, seeking custody and wins after a long battle but soon learns that she can't take care of the baby and ends up calling in the family who raised him to help her....it's a very emotional movie and as soon as it comes on,I grab the box of kleenex [tad1fan]
LOL....I'm sorry, didn't mean to....I think what I like about the whole movie is the fact that it's based on a true story.....I love true stories [tad1fan]

What Dreams May Come. It always makes me cry, it came out right after my grandparents passed away and it makes me cry every time, makes you think about what heaven might be like [yvonne1968]
i have never heard of Black Diamond i will have to check it out. I have no clue what it is exactly about. But i will get it a chance and see if i like it or not. Thanks for the name of a movie :) [yvonne1968]

The only one I can think of that makes me cry time after time is Titanic. That movie is sooo moving and touching, and tragic. The reason I think it always makes me cry at the end when the boat is sinking is because you can't tell yourself, it's just a movie. It's not real. Because you know that it is real, and it did happen, and tons of people really did die from this horrible tragedy. [dopey22girl]
Yes I love the Titanic myself... But, me watching movies like that, reason why I haven't done the cruise yet..lol.. Thank you for responding.. [mzbubblie]

I've only had a couple movies make me cry, titanic, a walk to remember, etc. A walk to remember is a really good movie. The main parts were played by Mandy Moore, and I thiinkkk Shane West. Well it started that Mandy was not very popular, and Shane West was the popular kid. Mandy had to tutor him and he didn't really approve, she told him in the beginning, "don't fall in love with me". After a while they both grew very close, he did fall in love with her in the end. Then he found out she had cancer, and she didn't have very long to live. Well she had a list of things she wanted to do before she died and some of them were to build a telescope, be in two places at once, get married, etc. Well he worked so hard to help her do all the things she wanted to do, and she did every one of them with the help of Shane. Well they got married and not long after she died. That was the sweetest yet sad movie I have ever watched, I loved it. [x3temptationx]
Yes, I heard alot about that movie, A walk to remember, I will def have to check that out myself... I watched "the black diamond" very very good movie...I would suggest that one myself.. thank you for responding.. [mzbubblie]

Wow I loved that film "Green Mile," I've read the book, too. You also mentioned another one of my favorites of all time, "Shawshank Redemption." "Titanic" made me get teary eyed for sure. One movie I remember I watched along time ago was "Sophie's Choice," well, I cried like a baby on that one...I couldn't even finish watching the movie, I had to turn it off. "English Patient" is a good one to have a kleenex box handy. "When a Man Loves a Woman" is a real tear jerker. Most Ralph Finnes movies are really sad, and that film Harrison Ford was in..oh, "Hanover Street", that was really sad. A couple of John Travolta films, like "Micheal," and "Phenomenon", and "Edward Scissorhands," and "Powder." Also "Schlinder's List", and "Les Miserables,". Ok, enough for now. I'll get sad just thinking of all these films. Thanks for the post. [Makena1968]
Sohpie Choice is good..Powder..very touching also..I watched thatmovie a few time myself.. Ohhh you got a list of goodies, thanks for sharing.. Thank you for responding... [mzbubblie]

mostly amotional films make me cry all the time and mainly movies which are patriotic made me cry.i mostly react to centiment films because they will melt your heart.and people also react to centiment films very much. [aries6484]

Yes, The Green Mile, The Shaw shank Redemption, Gone with the wind, The 60's-in a happy way, Antwone Fisher, Dragon Fly, La Bamba (every time), Sweet Dreams, True Stories will do it every time, just a good, well directed movie! [KaMlBob]
Oh wow, you have a nice list also..yes the ones I've seen you mentioned are very good.. Green mile, shawshank, antwone fisher, Now I have to add the black diamond.. Thank you for responding... [mzbubblie]

I agree, titanic is one of my favorites; cried throughout because it is a true story. Another is "untamed heart" with marissa tomei and christian slater (so cute).....I am sure many of you have never heard of this, it's an 80's flick.....but was wonderful; and very sad. [kims374]

Mine is an old movie, The Champ. It's the story about a poor father and his boy. The father sold everything just to keep his kid from getting hungry. He had the potential to become a great boxer. He did win his final fight but died because of it. I was just 6 or 7 years old back then. [merkava]

"Romeo & Juleit" with Leonardo DiCaprio and Claire Danes...I threw it away after I watched it because it made me cry. Moveies NEVER make me cry, but after I watched that, I felt myself tearing up and I didn't like how I felt after watching it. It was an unexplainable feeling. I have an issue with being in control. I don't like to feel like I am not in control and when a song or a movie (especially a movie) can make me feel like that, it hits the garbage...It wasn't fair to the movie that I threw it away, but I was 17 and I just wasn't ready for how it made me feel. The Titanic also nearly brought me to tears...Leonardo DiCaprio is just an AWESOME actor and he is always DYING!! LoL. He was also in "The Quick and The Dead" and that one had me close to tears also...There's something about Leo...From someone who knows... ~Ainjell [Ainjell]
Yes Leonardo does..I just watched The black diamond and yep he died at the end of that saving the lives of others..lol Gotta love it..But that was sad also.... [mzbubblie]

The Green Mile is a great movie. It's very moving. John Coffee is a character who just makes you so sympathetic towards him it's heartbreaking at the end. One movie that makes me cry....if fact if I feel I need a good cry is Tim Burton's "Big Fish". It's about a son trying to come to terms with his dying father, by rethinking all the tale tales his father said happened to him in his life. The movie itself is a great story, with lots of magical and mythical happenings, but theme underlying these of making peace with a loved one before they die is poingnent, and very moving. Oh! And "Whale Rider". It's a New Zealand based movie about a young Maori girl who struggles with cultural (mis)conceptions, and sexism. She longs to take part in Maori traditions that women are not suppoed to take part in, and the movie is largely about her struggling proving herself as a equal (to herself and to the men of her family). Again, a VERY moving and beautiful story. I cried buckets! [twilight021]
Oh Big Fish was a very good movie as well...I enjoyed that...Oh you got a good selection of tear jerkers...lol [mzbubblie]

Steel Magnolias makes me sob every time I watch it. Same with Harold and Maude and Life is Beautiful. [shiningfae]
I agree Steel Magnolia was a excellent movie..I did also at the end and when she got sick... [mzbubblie]

I cried during The Notebook [rsmember]
I got to see this movie, I'm still looking to watch it... [mzbubblie]

movies usually don't make me cry-no matter the subject ..with the exception if there's one crying, lost animal in there anywhere.that'll do it everytime. [scarlet_woman]
aww you sensative to animals..I was watching Extreme Home Makers and this lady who lost her son in a car accident, I cried everytime she cried..My emotions runs wild... [mzbubblie]

Titanic made me cry because I felt it was sad when Jack died. The Green Mile made me cry when the prisoners were executed. Dead Man Walking made me cry when Matthew Poncelet was executed. Matthew Poncelet is a fictional character. Poncelet was based on the two death row inmates that Sister Helen Prejean counseled on death row Robert Willie and Patrick Sonnier. In real life those two men were executed in Louisiana's electric chair at Angola. Neither man died by lethal injection like Poncelet died in Dead Man Walking. The movie portrays Sonnier's crime and Willie's character. Poncelet was made up of 90% Willie and 10% Sonnier. [carebears]

I also thought that the movie My Girl was so sad when Vada's friend Thomas J died because he got stung by bees and he was allergic. It made me sad when Vada ran away from her dad during his funeral and then she ran away from her teacher. I think it made her feel better when she was by the lake in the tree and she had time to herself and she had time to think. [carebears]

I thought That happy feet was a really good movie it didn't quite make me cry but it takes alot to get me to cry but it is a tear jerker for some people if your sensitive enough. you really need to see it to know what i mean [mouse27]
